During my recent stay, I was thrilled to find that the hotel is just an enjoyable walk away from the stunning Platja de Santa Margalida and the serene gardens that are well-kept, perfect for a relaxing afternoon stroll. the vibrant atmosphere of nearby dining options made every evening exploration a delightful experience.

The gardens are stunning , well-kept, providing a serene escape. Staff are hardworking and attentive , creating a relaxed atmosphere.

Meal options lack variety , leading to repetitive dining experiences. Sunbed competition is fierce , requiring early reservations.

We had an amazing time with the kids, especially enjoying the splash park and the themed food nights that were so much fun! The outdoor pool and wellness center were perfect spots to unwind after our busy days. A minor downside was that a laundry room would’ve been handy, but overall, we loved our stay and would recommend it to other families. 😊

The all-inclusive food variety was good, but the air conditioning was broken during our stay.

the location was beautiful and meticulously maintained with lush green grass, trees, and shrubs that created a serene ambiance. housekeeping was exceptional, with daily cleanings done promptly and efficiently. the staff, including michelle, alley, nacho, and toby, truly made our daughter maisie's holiday memorable!

sunbed availability was a bit challenging. 😟

The overall vibe felt like stepping into a time machine set to the '80s—decor is outdated, and room furniture could really use a refresh. The air conditioning flopped hard, making for some uncomfortable nights when it should have been a cool retreat. The fridge sounded like a dying Wookiee, too loud to ignore. turning it off was the only option for rest. Dining could be quite the experience with subpar food quality and a dining area that felt too cramped during busy hours. Competition for sunbeds was fierce, requiring a seriously early rise to secure a spot, which isn't what most folks plan for a relaxing holiday. Plus, be prepared to walk to reception for even the most basic items like a kettle, which feels a bit ridiculous for a modern resort.

The outdoor pools were superb, providing a fantastic space for relaxation and family fun. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, with daily maintenance ensuring everything was well-kept. some elements needed improvement, like the outdated furniture in our apartment and the noise from the nearby road, which affected our sleep. the kitchen in our room was lacking key items for cooking, making it difficult for those wanting to prepare meals. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, particularly the freshly brewed coffee.

I had an absolute blast during my stay! The kids absolutely adored the pony rides and the mini disco, making every evening an adventure. Plus, the themed culinary experiences had my taste buds dancing with joy, especially the fresh fish grilled right in front of us!
